The project “Modern border infrastructure – a successful Carpathian region” (MOVI) began its implementation on March 1, 2020 thanks to the financial support of the ENI program of the Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020.
The goal of the initiative is to create a sustainable platform for efficient cross-border mobility of people and goods. This is achieved by improving transport and border infrastructure and strengthening cooperation between authorities and professional organizations. The project envisages the development of a joint Mobility Plan, covering regional plans of border regions in the field of transport and border infrastructure, development of railway and aviation connections.
