International Association “IARDI” in Uzhgorod, announces a vacancy on position of project assistant, according to objectives of the project “Modern border infrastructure – a successful Carpathian region” (MOBI) implemented with the financial support of the ENI CBC Programme Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020.
The project “Modern Border Infrastructure – Successful Carpathian Region” (MOBI) is implementing with the main objective to create a sustainable platform for effective cross-border mobility of people and goods by improving transport and border infrastructure and public lines connection, strengthening cooperation between governments and professional organizations aimed at transport and border infrastructure development.
The project “Modern Border Infrastructure – Successful Carpathian Region” (MOBI) is implemented by international consortium, which includes regional self-government bodies and professional institutions, namely: International Association of Regional Development Institutions “IARDI” (Ukraine), Self-Government of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg (Hungary), Košice self-governing region (Slovakia) , Maramureș County Council (Romania), Territorial Administrative Unit of Satu Mare County (Romania) and Road service in Zakarpattia oblast (Ukraine). Project start: 01.03.2020. The period of project realization is 34 months.
Requirements for the position of project assistant.
Professional skills: knowledge of the basics documents of the ENI CBC Programme Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020 and management of the project cycle of projects implemented at the regional or European level, ability to work in a team and make decisions in crises situations.
Computer skills: professional skills of computer skills (Internet, e-mail, Windows, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel), graphic editor, user-level Facebook, Skype, Windows Messenger.
Education: incomplete or complete higher education.
Language skills: knowledge of English (written, oral) and Ukrainian; preference is given to the candidate with knowledge of additional languages of the border (Hungarian, Slovak, Romanian).
The main tasks in the project: processing of documentation in accordance with the rules of the ENI CBC Programme Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020, processing of documentation in accordance with the tasks of the project “MOBI”, preparation of materials for international meetings, seminars, conferences, meetings of expert groups, etc.
Additional requirements for the vacant position: Ukrainian citizenship, residence within the city of Uzhhorod or its suburbs.
